We develop our own eco fabrics or source and select our materials based on strict composition requirements and specifications. At reception, they are systematically checked at different locations of the fabric rolls before the cutting stage.
Except when laminated, our bags are printed on site (4 printing lines), with environmental inks (water based or oil free) to ensure the complete “ecofriendability” of our products. Generally manually, using screen-printing standard method for a cost effective operation.
We got different sewing machines production lines (total 150 machines) allowing us a manufacturing capacity of about 35,000 bags per day. Attention is given to details to avoid loose threads, un-straight stitchings or poor workman ship.
Among our 120 workers, 7 permanent quality controllers make sure all our bags meet our clients’ expected standards. A workshop is especially dedicated to packing and outgoing finished goods processes. A free internal QC report with photos is systematically sent to our clients prior delivery to the port terminal, in Shanghai.
